SalesForce Membership Tracking

We have acquired 10 licenses of SalesForce through a grant program that Bruce applied for. Currently, all board members are being assigned licenses.
Salesforce will be used for tracking membership, volunteer needs and time, donations and volunteer leads.
Our donation or fundraising coordinator will receive a salesforce license to input donation information.
Our volunteer coordinator will receive a salesforce license to track volunteer time
Our membership coordinator will receive a salesforce license to track memberships
Currently Bruce has put in all membership information since 2010, and is manually working to input volunteer hours for RiverScape. Bruce is working to get the volunteer sign up system running by springfield so reduce workload of tracking volunteer time. Volunteer system will allow us to send notifications to volunteers meeting needs, and allow volunteers to sign up via a web portal to have their sign ups connected to their contact in salesforce.
